Why is it taking so long to open?
We have been bombarded with this question recently. As some of you have seen when you drove by the new restaurant, we’ve made some terrific improvements. Unfortunately that also meant running into all kinds of construction challenges, permit issues and even government regulation. It’s all good though – we’ve been successfully maneuvering through what has to be done and are committed to opening as soon as we possibly can. The current time frame is looking like June 1st, but if we can somehow do it sooner, you bet we will. Thanks to all of our loyal fans, as well as those who are preparing to visit us for the first time and become one!
